The artwork you are purchasing.
Physical prints are produced to your selected format, size and available options. Buying a physical print transfers that print to you, without copyright or reproduction rights. Digital downloads carry the personal-printing permission described below.
Digital downloads.
A digital purchase includes one high-resolution sRGB JPG in the dimensions shown before payment. No physical print or frame is included. You may print it for personal display, including through a print shop acting for you. Resale, sharing the file, distribution and commercial reproduction are not permitted. Copyright is not transferred.
We prepare the file after verified payment and email a private download link. Access lasts 30 days from file readiness; save a copy for your own use. Contact us if the file is unavailable, incorrect or needs an access renewal. Files preserve the original composition and proportions. Enlargement does not add detail that was absent in the original, and printed results depend on the printer, paper and chosen size.
Selection and price.
Prices are in US dollars. The selected product price, destination-specific shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment. Please review your artwork, size, finish and delivery address. Product and screen images illustrate the selection; screen color and room lighting can differ from the physical print.
Payment and production.
Orders are prepared after payment and are subject to availability and production checks. If we cannot fulfil an order as placed, we will contact you about a suitable resolution. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once preparation or production has started.
Order updates.
Use your private confirmation link or enter your full order reference and checkout email on Order Status. Keep private order and download links confidential. A digital status lookup does not grant access to the printable file.
Delivery.
Delivery estimates depend on production and carrier services. Any date communicated is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise. If shipment is delayed beyond the applicable timeframe, we will contact you about revised timing and the cancellation or refund options required by law. Final sale and damaged items.
Made-to-order prints are final sale. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. For damage, a production defect or an incorrect item, contact us with the order number and photographs. Confirmed defects are resolved through replacement at no additional charge. See our returns and order changes policy.
Trade and custom work.
Trade pricing requires approval. Custom work and configurations are confirmed individually before payment. Any specific written terms supplied with an accepted custom quote apply to that work.
