Information you provide.
When you make an enquiry or place an order, we collect the details needed to respond and provide the service. These can include your name, email, delivery address, order selections, business details and the information you choose to include in a message or room request.
How we use it.
We use your information to process orders, prepare and deliver artwork, provide order updates, respond to questions and review trade applications. If you subscribe to emails, we use your email address to send the updates you requested. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Services involved in your order.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Information necessary to produce and deliver your order is shared with our print fulfilment provider and delivery carriers. Our hosting, database and email service providers process information needed to operate the store.
Digital download access.
For digital purchases, we record file preparation, access expiry and the number and time of download links issued. We use these records to provide access, support orders and prevent unauthorized downloads.
Checking an order.
To look up an order without its private link, provide the full order reference and the email used at checkout. We use both to verify the request and show limited order information. We also use hashed request identifiers to limit repeated attempts and protect customer records. A lookup does not provide access to private digital files.
Saved artwork and your bag.
Your saved-artwork list and bag are stored in your browser on the device you use. Clearing your browser storage removes them. They are not automatically shared between devices.
Optional website analytics.
If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to public shop, collection and guide pages. It uses a browser identifier and receives technical information such as browser type and approximate location. Our pageview messages exclude search text, URL query strings, account and order pages, checkout details and uploaded artwork. Advertising features are disabled.
Optional analytics stays off until you choose it. You can change this choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional analytics off. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and clears our analytics cookies on this browser; it does not recall information already sent to Google.
Retention and your choices.
We keep information as needed to fulfil orders, provide support and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@ratiovisuals.net. Some order records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can ask us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context advertising, and ask questions about how your information is used. Email info@ratiovisuals.net with the subject “Wall & Form privacy request” and tell us your request. You do not need to create an account.
We will review the request and respond through the contact details you provide. For access, correction or deletion requests, we may need information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal records. A request does not automatically delete records needed to fulfil an order or meet legal obligations.
