Buying a digital download?
Digital files are delivered by an emailed download link after payment and preparation. There is no shipping charge or physical delivery. Check the dimensions on the product page before buying.
Know the total before you pay.
Enter your delivery address in the bag to see the shipping quote for your order. Standard delivery is included where shown. Any additional charge appears before you continue to payment.
We currently quote delivery to addresses in the United States. If your address or configuration cannot be quoted online, contact us for help before ordering.
A piece made to order.
Production and transit times depend on the format, destination and current workload. Delivery cost is confirmed before payment. Contact us before ordering if you need a piece for a particular date.
Follow it home.
Check Order Status with your order number and checkout email, or open the private link in your confirmation. Tracking appears when a parcel ships. Multiple pieces may be packed separately and can arrive in more than one shipment. Production completion is not a carrier delivery confirmation.
If shipment is delayed.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about revised timing and your options, including cancellation and a refund where required by law. Our made-to-order policy does not remove those rights.
If it arrives damaged.
Contact us with your order number and photos of the artwork, frame and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. For confirmed transit damage or a production defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
A damaged-item return is normally not required. Please wait for our instructions before disposing of the item or packaging, or sending anything back.
