All made-to-order prints are final sale.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This includes a piece that does not suit the room, a size chosen incorrectly, or a change in color preference. Screen settings and room lighting can affect the appearance of color.
Use the measurements and previews beside the product options before ordering. We are happy to help you compare sizes and finishes.
Damage, defects or an incorrect item.
If your order arrives damaged, has a production defect or differs from the item ordered, contact us at info@ratiovisuals.net with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Keep the packaging while we review the photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional charge for a confirmed transit or production defect. A damaged-item return is normally not required. Do not send the item anywhere without instructions from us.
Our final-sale policy does not limit remedies required by applicable law, including where an order cannot be fulfilled as agreed.
Changes and cancellations.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Production begins after the order is processed, and changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or production has started.
Digital files.
Check the artwork and file dimensions before purchasing. If your download is inaccessible, corrupted or incorrect, contact us with your order reference so we can resolve the problem. No physical item needs returning. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
