How do I check my order?
Open Order Status from the footer and enter your full order reference, including hyphens, and the email used at checkout. You can also use the private confirmation link. The lookup works for printed artwork and digital purchases after your checkout email has been recorded.
Where is my digital download?
Your private download link is emailed after payment and file preparation. Order Status can show preparation progress, but it cannot release the file. If your link is missing or expired, contact us with your order reference for help or access renewal.
Does production complete mean delivered?
No. A finished print still needs to be packed and shipped. Follow each parcel using its carrier tracking link; several parcels may arrive separately. Contact us if the tracking and what you received do not agree.
Can I buy a digital file?
Select Digital download on an eligible artwork page. The page shows its price, pixel dimensions and print size at 300 DPI. When digital checkout is open, your purchase is prepared after payment and a private download link is emailed to you. The file is for personal display printing; no physical print or frame is included. Save it within 30 days of readiness.
Is this an original painting?
You can choose a physical print or an eligible digital file of artwork made for Wall & Form. The product page identifies paper or canvas and whether a frame is included. Printed texture is part of the image, not a layer of physical paint.
Does every artwork cost the same?
Prices vary between artworks. Format, size and selected options also affect the total. Each product page shows the price for the exact selection. Not every artwork is available in every size.
Can I choose a different frame or order unframed?
Choose from the formats and finishes listed on the product page. If your preferred option is not shown, contact us for a quote before ordering.
Will a mat change the finished size?
A mat adds space between the image and frame. Check the outside dimensions for the configuration you choose. Matting is offered where a complete configuration has been confirmed, or by quote.
Will the colors match my screen?
Screens and room lighting affect color. Our images show the artwork and selected finish, but a physical print may appear different from a backlit display.
Is the acrylic UV-protective or non-glare?
No. Our framed-paper range uses clear acrylic glazing. Avoid hanging artwork in direct sunlight.
Where is it made?
Printing and framing take place in the United States. Orders may be produced in California or Kentucky.
Are these limited editions?
No. The collection consists of open-edition prints. We do not use edition scarcity or artificial stock limits.
How much is shipping?
Enter the delivery address in your bag for a quote. Standard delivery is included where shown. Additional shipping, if applicable, is displayed before payment.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Every print is made to order and is final sale. Please check the artwork, dimensions and finish before ordering.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We arrange replacement for confirmed damage or a production defect. A damaged-item return is normally not required; keep the packaging and wait for our instructions.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Approved trade accounts receive 25% off artwork. Apply with your business details on the trade page. Separately charged shipping and tax are excluded.
Can you help choose a size?
Yes. Send us a room photo and the wall and furniture measurements through the Made for your room page. We will help you compare a few suitable options.
